I'm Ruben Avilio Mauricio,born and raised in Detroit ( and some of its suburbs). I love being Mexican! I love being Polish ! More importantly, I love the absurd shit that happens when these two cultures mix and meld and .. heat up and .. cool down ... all while trying to live and grow up, and be educated in a pre-Detroit race riots of '67. Crazy shit, man. But real . So real . And I need to feel it and connect with others and share this crazy narrative, this life of mine as it evolves.
